Bike or run at Livestrong Challenge on Oct. 16

Livestrong is gearing up for its 20th annual Livestrong Challenge in a few weeks, and this year’s event includes both a bike ride and a 5K run.

Cyclists can choose from routes of 20, 45, 65 or 100 miles.
